گزارش سه آرایه جدید فوزاریوم جدا شده از خاک باغ‌های جنوب ایران

چکیده

جهت شناسایی گونه‌های مختلف شبه‌جنس فوزاریوم از خاک باغ‌های استان هرمزگان، 20 نمونه خاک جمع‌آوری شد. در این بررسی، 50 جدایه به دست آمد که هر یک براساس مشخصات ریخت‌شناسی و توالی ژن TEF-1α مورد شناسایی قرار گرفتند که در بین آن‌ها، سه گونهFusarium mangiferae،F. gaditjirrii و decemcellulare F. به عنوان یافته جدید از ایران گزارش می‌شوند.
