نخستین گزارش از Ramichloridium punctatum در خاورمیانه و جنس Ramichloridium در ایران

چکیده

طی شناسایی قارچ‌های همراه با علایم لکه‌برگی گیاهان مختلف در شمال کشور، جدایه‌ای از جنس Ramichloridium از لوبیای درختی چهارپر در استان گیلان به دست آمد. شناسایی این قارچ براساس ترکیب ویژگی‌های ریخت‌شناختی و داده‌های مولکولی با استفاده از توالی‌یابی سه ناحیه ژنومی LSU، ITS و tef1 انجام گرفت. نتایج نشان داد، جدایه حاضر گونه‌ای از جنس Ramichloridium تحت عنوان R. punctatum می‌باشد. این مطالعه، نخستین گزارش از Dissoconiaceae و جنس Ramichloridium برای ایران و نخستین گزارش از گونه R. punctatum در منطقه خاورمیانه می‌باشد. به علاوه، گیاه S. punicea به عنوان میزبان جدیدی برای گونه R. punctatum در دنیا معرفی می‌شود.
