بررسی ریخت‌شناسی و ریزریخت‌شناسی بذر گونه‌های جنس Prangos در ایران

چکیده

ریخت‌شناسی بذر 15 گونه Prangos (چتریان) از ایران با استفاده از میکروسکوپ نوری و الکترونی روبشی مورد بررسی قرار گرفته است. ویژگی‌های ریخت‌شناسی و ریزریخت‌شناسی شامل شکل بذر، رنگ، اندازه، شکل سلول‌های اپیدرمی، مرزهای آنتی‌کلینال، دیواره سلولی بیرونی پریکلینال و ویژگی‌های دیواره‌های سلولی خارجی مورد بررسی قرار گرفت. براساس اندازه سلول‌های اپیدرمی، آرایش سلولی، دیواره‌های آنتی‌کلینال و پری‌کلینال، سه نوع مرز دیواره سلولی شناسایی شد. این مطالعه نشان داد که الگوی تزیینات پوشش دانه می‌تواند در شناسایی گونه‌ها مفید باشد. هدف از این مطالعه، توصیف و مقایسه ویژگی‌های ریخت‌شناسی سطح خارجی بذر گونه‌های Prangos و ارزیابی کاربرد احتمالی آن‌ها برای مطالعات رده‌بندی می‌باشد. همچنین، براساس معیارهای شکل خارجی بذر به دست آمده از میکروسکوپ نوری و الکترونی روبشی، یک کلید مصنوعی برای گونه‌های جنس مورد نظر ارایه گردید.
