معرفی گونه‌های جدید از تیره‌های Chaetomiaceae و Didymosphaeriaceae برای فونگای ایران

چکیده

در تابستان و پاییز سال 1399، برای شناسایی برخی آرایه‌های قارچی مرتبط با گیاهان، از باغ‌ها و جنگل‌های استان‌های البرز، گلستان، گیلان و مازندران بازدید به عمل آمد و از گیاهان مو (Vitis vinifera)، سرو زربین (Cupressus sempervirens)، آلو بخارا (Prunus spinosa) و علف قناری (Phalaris minor) دارای علایم بیماری، نمونه‌برداری انجام شد. پس از جداسازی و خالص‌سازی، شناسایی ریخت‌شناختی و مولکولی آرایه‌ها با استفاده از توالی‌یابی نواحی ژنومی ITS rDNA صورت گرفت. براساس تلفیق داده‌های حاصل از ریخت‌شناسی و مولکولی، در تحقیق حاضر، چهار گونه متعلق به چهار جنس مختلف از تیره Chaetomiaceae (رده Sordariomycetes، راسته Sordariales) شامل گونه­های Ovatospora brasiliensis از مو، Dichotomopilus erectus از سرو زربین و Staphylotrichum longicolle از علف قناری و همچنین تیره Didymosphaeriaceae (رده Dothideomycetes، راسته Pleosporales) شامل گونه Pseudopithomyces chartarum از آلو بخارا، شناسایی و معرفی می‌شوند که تمام جنس‌ها و گونه‌های به دست آمده برای فونگای ایران جدید هستند. همچنین درختان مو، سرو زربین، آلو بخارا و علف قناری به عنوان میزبان‌های جدید برای این آرایه‌ها در دنیا گزارش می‌شوند.
