IDENTIFICATION OF FUNGICOLOUS FUNGI OF IRAN I. CLADOBOTRYUM SPECIES

Abstract

Basidiocarps of species of Armillaria, Russula, Lactarius and  Agaricus with fungal infection were collected from different regions of Iran. Portions of infected carpophores, were taken and cultured on PDA, PCA and MEA. Fungicolous isolates were identified on the basis of morphological characters such as: color and shape of colony, morphology and branching of conidiophores, manner of proliferation of the conidiogenous cells, conidial size, septation and ontogeny and forms of chlamydospores. Abstract [Persian]

به منظور شناسایی هیفومیست های قارچزی متعلق به جنس Cladobotryum نمونه هایی از بازیدیوکارپ‎ هایی متعلق به جنس های Russula، Lactarius، Agaricus وArmillaria  با آلودگی های قارچی جمع آوری شد. قطعاتی از بخش های آلوده کارپوفور شامل تیغه، کلاهک یا پایه کشت داده شد. شناسایی جدایه ها بر اساس مشخصات مورفولوژیکی و برخی خصوصیات دیگر انجام شده و چهار گونه  C. dendroides، C. polypori،  C. variumو C. verticillatum شناسایی شدند. گونهC. dendroides  پیش از این به عنوان هیپرپارازیت از بستر قارچ خوراکی (Agaricus bisporus) شناسایی و معرفی شده، اما سه گونه دیگر برای فلور قارچی ایران جدید می باشند.
