Limacella ochraceolutea is the first species of fungi belonging to genus Limacella in Iran.Because L. ochraceolutea is a rare species and considered as near threatened, endangered or extinct, collecting such endangered species in Iran is a valuable finding. Entoloma niphoides is the first species of an agaric fungus in Iran with special association with root of woody plant of Rosaceae.
